This is an absolutely incredible digital art series by Alexia Sinclair. Here's an excerpt from her site explaining the series:
"Alexia Sinclair’s The Regal Twelve is a series that combines hundreds of photographic elements and illustrations to form complex digitally montaged artworks. The series portrays twelve European monarchs who have ruled supreme and whose lives span over two millennia. Through the study of history and portraiture, a series of contrasting regals formed, whose stories are revealed within each artwork. Travelling to Europe to photograph a host of regal backdrops, Sinclair returned to Australia to photograph models and props in the studio. Like pieces from a jigsaw puzzle, she meticulously stitched together each element, along with a myriad of delicious symbols and motifs relating to each monarch."

Mari Kasurinen has a knack for turning My Little Pony dolls into anything she wants. She's turned them into everything from Lady Gaga to Skeletor. These ponies have incredible likenesses to the subjects they are modeled after and each one is done with great care and detail. Check out more of her ponies on Flickr.
This is a truly masterful and intricate paper cut-out design by People Too. I love seeing the process people go through in order to create their work, and this one is especially cool. Loving the reworked interface designs of the classic Pokémon games by Alexander Quinn. He got some old figurines, photographed them in familiar poses and added fresh interfaces to them.
Adorable Pixar character illustrations by Jerrod Maruyama. It takes the appeal of the Pixar characters and turns them into eve more adorable 2D illustrated figures.
